1. Part-time Office Manager with QuickBook Experience
The Office Manager will manage the front office duties and play a critical role in assuring the company meets all objectives with invoicing, shipping, and the support of design staff. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-
Process order requests and set-up files for new jobs in QuickBooks.

Estimating – generating estimates and placing orders for overseas and local procurement of goods
-
Track orders and payments
-
Client communication
-
Filing/organizing/administrative work associated with client accounts
-
Assist with coordination and logistics of overseas shipping, shipping documents, receiving and ultimately delivery of goods to site
-
Assist with keeping the office running smoothly, answering phones, ensuring supplies are full, etc.
Required Skills/Abilities:
-
3+ years of Office Manager and/or administrative/bookkeeping experience
-
Experience with QuickBooks
-
The ability to multitask and self-manage
-
Experience with ocean shipping a plus
-
Can do attitude, with the ability to problem solve

2. Part-Time Interior Design Assistant
We are seeking a capable, hands on, and reliable Interior Design Assistant to work directly with the Principal Designers in the design process and sourcing of products, specifications, and interior finish details. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time.
Primary Daily Responsibilities:

Provide assistance and support to the lead designer in client and office-related tasks

Utilize general knowledge of design principles to help facilitate drawings
-
Participate in the creation of design concepts for client projects
-
Verify measurements and take photos of existing spaces
-
Facilitate the update of drawings after client meetings
-
Assist with the preparation of design boards for client meetings
-
Manage/track time and budget information for client projects
-
Filing/organizing/administrative work associated with client projects
Required Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,

Proficient in AutoCAD preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented

Current valid driver’s license and own transportation

3. Part-Time Cabinetry Designer and Sales Person
CTX Design Group is seeking someone to provide cabinetry design and administration support to our growing custom and semi-custom cabinet design studio, SALT.
The winning applicant should have excellent communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, attention to detail, capability of assisting with the management of projects and strong organizational skills. Administration and cabinetry design experience is required. This is a part time position with the potential to become full time.
Job Description:

Design custom and semi-custom cabinetry using 20/20 and AutoCad software, manage changes and revisions to drawings.

Interpret blueprints and guide customers in concept design
-
Meet and handle communication with customers / designers / architects
-
Coordinate installation dates between the installer and and the customer
-
Quote new projects, ability to help us grow our customer base (new designers, architects, builders)

Bring new creative ideas to the team to help us always stay at the cutting edge of cabinetry design
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but prior experience in sales within our industry will be considered. A successful Cabinet Designer will possess the following:

Knowledge of 20/20 or AutoCAD design software

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

House call and interior installation experience
-
Excellent written and verbal communication
-
Problem solving, leadership and listening skills
-
Organizational and time management skills
-
The ability to deal with a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge

Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it)
