We are a busy interior design firm based in Hamilton looking for a driven and technically capable Interior Design Assistant. You will support senior designers across the full project lifecycle — from initial site surveys and CAD drawings through to client presentations and on-site coordination.
AutoCAD and Microsoft Office are used daily, and proficiency in both is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Produce AutoCAD drawings including plans, elevations, and technical documents
Develop 3D models, visualisations, and presentations in SketchUp
Attend and contribute to client meetings and assist with presentations
Conduct detailed site surveys and take accurate measurements
Monitor site progress and liaise with contractors and suppliers
Track project budgets, schedules, and procurement using Excel
Prepare concept boards, sample packages, and design documentation
Maintain organised project files, drawing libraries, and correspondence
Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting essential)
Working knowledge of SketchUp for 3D visualisation
Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience conducting site measurements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines across projects
Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team in Hamilton. You will lead projects from brief through to delivery, managing client relationships and producing high-quality design work across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects in Bermuda.
AutoCAD and Microsoft Office are used daily — proficiency with both is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client meetings, take briefs, and manage ongoing relationships
Run small-scale projects end-to-end, from concept to installation
Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings and technical documentation
Develop 3D models and presentations in SketchUp
Conduct site surveys and manage on-site quality control
Coordinate contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers
Prepare project budgets, schedules, and procurement tracking in Excel
Present design concepts clearly and confidently to clients
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional interior design experience
Strong AutoCAD proficiency (plans, elevations, technical drawings)
Working knowledge of SketchUp for 3D and presentations
Proven ability to manage projects independently
Confidence in leading client relationships
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related discipline
